FAQ

  • How much time should I commit?

The Everyday Missionaries training cohort runs January 1 - February 24, 2024. Each week, there is a 1.5-hour video huddle on either Thursday nights or Saturday mornings, and there is about 1-2 hours of training to work on during the week. But remember, this is about learning to implement new skills and practices into your everyday life, so it's an investment in yourself and the Kingdom of God.

  • Why is it free?

We want to make it as easy as possible for every follower of Jesus to truly live on Jesus' mission in their everyday lives. So if we can offer this training and support to you at no cost, all we want is for you to invest yourself and your time into the mission of Jesus.

  • I don't live in Northern Virginia, can I still participate?

Yes! We are happy to support any followers of Jesus anywhere in the world. We would love to share this learning journey with you. All we ask is that you commit to the huddle gathering that works best for your schedule (7:30pm Thursdays, EST or 8:30am Saturdays, EST) and contribute your best to the group discussions.

  • Where can I learn more about the team behind EverydayMissionaries.com?

Everyday Missionaries was launched by the Connect Church team in Chantilly, VA. You can learn more about us at http://connectchantilly.church. We would love for you to connect with us!

  • What if I have to miss a week for travel?

We hope you'll commit to every meeting you can, but we understand that everyone has unique obligations. It's ok to miss a week or two, if you can't avoid it. But we do encourage you to still complete the individual study for the weeks you'll miss.
